DMCA Counter Notice

If you have recieved a Digital Millenium CopyRight Act (DMCA) Infringemtn Notice and believe it was submitted in error, you may submit a counter notice. Counting must be submitted by the user who uploaded the material or an agent authorized to act on their behalf.

Please not that under Section 512(f) of DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability. Thus, if you are not sure that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you should consider first contacting an attorney.

Counter notices must be sent to our designed agent:

And must include the following:

Your name, address, phone number and physical or electronic signature
Identification of the allegedy infringing content and its location before removal or disabling of access
A statement under penalty of prejury that you believe in good taith that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
A statement that you consent to the jurisdication of the U.S. Federal District court for the judicial district in which you are located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judical district in which A.I.M may be found), and that you will accept service o process from the person who originally provided us with th e Infringement Notice (the "Copyright Holder") or an agent of such person.

You may also use the form below to submit a DMCA Counter Notice:

I declare under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Automattic may be found.

I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

I understand that a copy of this counter-notice, including my contact information (address, telephone number, and email address) will be forwarded to the person who provided the Infringement Notice.
