If you have recieved a Digital Millenium CopyRight Act (DMCA) Infringemtn Notice and believe it was submitted in error, you may submit a counter notice. Counting must be submitted by the user who uploaded the material or an agent authorized to act on their behalf.

Please not that under Section 512(f) of DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
